Naturally grain-free and rich in almond fats and vitamin E. Swap 10–30% of wheat flour in recipes or use on its own in grain-free bakes. Ingredients: 100% blanched almonds, finely ground (tree nuts). Origin: Sicily, Italy. Processing: blanched; finely milled. Storage: keep in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening.
